Alirón Barakaldo Mountain-biking trail
A long-distance MTB trail through the natural areas that form the municipal limits of Barakaldo.
The landscape is beautiful, with a mix of wide cycle paths and a variety of other tracks.
El Tojo Mountain-biking trail
This is an MTB trail that follows much of the route of the half-marathon version of the Barakaldo Pulmón de Acero mountain-biking event. It does not require extreme levels of fitness, but the second half has enough technical difficulties to give it a personality all of its own. Endurance fans will thoroughly enjoy the descent from El Tojo to El Regato.
Errekatxo MTB Trail
Medium-length circular MTB trail. This trail is suitable for medium-level riders, but it includes some more difficult stretches.

Family ramble: La Ferrería trail
Circular rambling trail starting and ending at El Regato. This track runs around the edge of the old Etxebarria reservoir, taking PR-210 as a reference point, as far as the old Urdandequieta iron-works.
It is a track with no steep slopes that takes ramblers through Barakaldo’s thick woodland.
