This group of single-family semi-detached houses located in the Arteagabeitia neighborhood, on the street of the same name, was promoted in 1924 by a group of AHV workers.
The cost of the work was 405,756 pesetas and was paid thanks to the contribution of the partners themselves (economic contribution and in working hours) and a loan from the Diputación de Vizcaya.
The Board of Directors elected in March 1937 was made up exclusively of members of the UGT union. After the purge, the board will be made up of four people of right-wing ideology.
