The Cross for the Fallen was built in memory of the prisoners of the prison ship Cabo Cailates and Altuna Mendi. Many of them were killed in various retaliatory actions and on two dates they are key; on September 25 and October 2.
Currently this cross exists, although the plates are quite deteriorated. It is located in the Dock of Portu.
