Located on the street of the same name, this group of cheap houses built in 1931 is preserved. It consists of six double houses consisting of a ground floor and three floors, for a total of 48 houses, in which a novelty was used to that moment: reinforced concrete.
It was promoted by workers from Altos Hornos de Vizcaya. Its cost amounted to 566,340 pesetas and it was financed with money from the partners themselves and a 32-year loan from the Bilbao Municipal Savings Bank and Monte de Piedad.
The Board of Directors prior to the purge was made up of seven people, whose ideology is not stated. The new board will be made up of the same number of people, all of them of right-wing ideology.
The new president will write a letter thanking the mayor for the change to “start his normal life as he had been doing before July 18”. The letter ends, like all, with the official farewell:
