This group of houses located in Cruces and built in 1922 was one of the first groups of cheap houses in Barakaldo.
The Board of Directors elected in February 1937 was made up of members of the UGT, a socialist and a right-wing person, according to the report made by the city council. The board that is proposed in the purification will be made up of four members, all of them from the right.
