Las Casas de Altos Hornos are located in the San Vicente neighborhood, on the stretch of Francisco Gómez Street that runs through this neighborhood. They resulted from a project commissioned by AHV to the well-known architect Manuel María Smith in 1916. In 2012 they were declared a monument.
The new Board of Directors elected after the purge will be formed in its entirety, as it appears in a document from the Municipal Archive by five people of right-wing ideology.
