This group of 31 houses (today there are only 12 left), on Andikollano street, between Lutxana and Cruces, arose at the initiative of a group of AHV workers in 1925. As in other cases, the workers were able to pay for the project thanks to a contribution economic and in working hours and a loan.
The Board of Directors prior to the purge had been formed in March 1937, without recording the political ideology of its members in the report prepared by the city council. The new board was formed with six right-wing people.
